So if there's one sneaky workout preview we had to ask for from Chris Hemsworth and Elsa Pataky's Centr app - it was absolutely that.
This workout, hosted alongside accredited Pilates teacher and Level 4 member of the Pilates Alliance Australia Sylvia Roberts, specifically targets your core to give those abs a reason to shine through.
“One of the awesome benefits of regular Pilates practice is a well-conditioned, balanced and injury-free body. This can only be attained through dedication to the method as a complete system of exercises,” Roberts explains. “I practice Pilates daily and am constantly learning, not only learning to be a better teacher but a better student also.”
If the benefits don't give you a good enough reason to join in, just one look at Elsa's toned torso might do the trick.
“I’ve always been a fan of fitness bodies, in men too – but more in women. I was focused, like, ‘Oh, I want to have a body like that,’" explains Elsa. "I love the athletes – they [are] all fit with muscles, and strong – so I’ve been working out for many years just to find what is good for me.”
