Her go-to pre-workout fuel is a green juice chock full of fruits and vegetables like cucumber, spinach, kale, pear, carrot, celery, apple, ginger, lemon and beets.
The 28-year-old told SELF that she like to switch up her exercise routine, alternating between yoga, hikes, SoulCycle, CrossFit and Tracy Anderson classes.
After sweating it out it’s time for a proper breakfast, usually it’s two steamed eggs over easy, with sliced avocado and sliced tomato.
For lunch she opts for chicken with a veggie-heavy salad and for dinner she has salmon with sautéed spinach. When snacking she goes for a piece of fruit or an absolutely drool-worthy sounding apple pie smoothie including almonds, apple, frozen banana, Greek yoghurt, almond milk and cinnamon.
And yes, Julianne does enjoy dessert. But not the kind of dessert we’re used to.
She indulges in four dark chocolate covered almonds.
But she says, “I try to cut myself some slack if I’m being consistent with my nutrition and activity, if I am craving a piece of chocolate I go for something dark to satisfy the craving.”
