“I'm not your typical fitness or weight loss account,” she writes in an Instagram caption.
“I don't have a flat stomach, perfect white sparkly teeth, a tone tan body, muscles, claim to be a nutrition expert, perfect selfies, money to flash around, a mansion, a super nice car, and i’m not selling you anything - but a chance to be your best self.”
“I'm not here to show you what I've done, i’m here to show you what's possible.”
Lexi has lost a total of 130 kilograms in the last 18 months and she puts it down to two simple changes.
“No meal plan, surgery, shakes, or diet pills,” she writes. Just diet and exercise.
Lexi says she began with 30 minutes of cardio on an elliptical machine, five times a week and she taught herself how to cook and count calories.
"Losing weight has changed my life, and I know what it's like to be overweight, afraid to start, and to sit on the sidelines of your life," she continues.
"Never compare your journey or life to someone else's, the only person you should try to be better than is the person you were yesterday."
