“I’m so full of myself that I’m assuming [people care,]” she jokes in the beginning of the clip. “I’m excited to walk you guys through what I like to call a warmup, but it’s a little intense, so be safe.”
To kick things off, the pair spritz their yoga mats with essential oils (venus chooses lavender, while Serena opts for citrus.) Then, they move on to neck rolls and hip-opening exercises.
“You should feel this as a workout, not necessarily a warm-up, but this is a warmup,” Serena stresses.
Next up, some yoga-meets-pilates-style stretches (plie pulses, downward dog, pigeon pose… you get the picture.) At one point they even do the splits… yup.
