Sam’s personal trainer, Blake Worral-Thompson, told OK! Magazine that her strict workout routine consisted of training 5 days a week – three sessions of weights and two sessions of cardio. ‘We focused on high-impact and high-attack weight training in order to burn fat.’
Interval training, often known as HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training), is a workout popular among lots of celebrities. This super-efficient workout is a great combination of cardio and strength training and induces the beloved afterburn. This means that you will fire up your metabolism and keep burning fat after you workout (for example workout for 20minutes burn fat for 4 hours). Sam also boasts that she walks up to 7km a day!
But you won’t see the 27-year-old taking up the next fad diet, ‘I love to be healthy and follow a healthy lifestyle, but I also don’t give myself a hard time when I do go out with my girlfriends and get a big meal. I just enjoy it.’
