This Aussie start up made a massive name for themselves with their stunning, tiny-home escapes in the remote Aussie wilderness, encouraging guests to switch off and reconnect with themselves. And while they can't currently operate due to travel restrictions, they're donating 100 nights to hospital workers on the frontline of COVID-19 to be used after isolation lifts. Anyone who has tried to track down hand sanitiser in the last few weeks will know it's a fruitless task. But this Tweed Coast-based distiller is now making the liquid gold, which you can pick up through their drive through service along with some of their famous ink gin. Flow Athletic have launched 60 live stream classes to keep their community connected and their staff employed, covering yoga, pilates and even spin, with member able to loan out bikes. If you need more one-on-one support, they're also offering PT sessions via FaceTime.
This female-focused gym based in Brookvale is running a 21 day online training platform covering training, nutrition and (critically for home workouts) accountability. One glance at their social media and it's obvious they have a seriously tight community so if support is what you're after, Tone Athletica has got it in spades.
Lawd knows we need a way to de-stress at the moment and while their physical spaces in Sydney and Melbourne are closed, Humming Puppy are running on-demand and live streamed yoga lessons for only $15 a month (they're normally $30 so get in quick!).
