"I work out in the morning," she said. "It just loosens up my body, gets me ready, keeps me strong. You know, injuries come when the muscles get weak or you over-work them. So you have to keep them strong, too."
"I love the way working out makes me feel, so I try to keep my body hydrated and well rested after every workout," she said. "That way, I'm ready to hit it hard again the next day. I make sure I drink plenty of water, I fuel my body with healthy foods and I make it a priority to get eight hours' sleep a night. I also love to relax with my kids after a workout and share a healthy snack with them. I always carry fruit and veggies with me to give me something to snack on between meals."
J. Lo is no doubt getting some killer cardio from her two-hour show as well, which she says keeps her on her feet and dancing the entire time. Remember, guys, women aren't the only ones who can benefit from a gruelling dance workout.
