After a tasty dessert that's still pretty healthy? Behold, chocolate hummus. Yes, you read that correctly. In this week's Healthy Hacks we show you how to make a dessert dip that will blow your mind (and build your muscles).
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups of chickpeas
4 tbsp of maple syrup
1/2 tspvanilla extract
1/4 tspsalt
4 tbspunsweetened cocoa or cacao
2 tbspwater
Method
Put all of your ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. combine all the ingredients except water, using just 3 1/2 Tbsp of maple syrup.
Add water 1 Tbsp at a time to create the desired consistency.
