About a year ago, lolly company Sugarfina joked on April Fools Day about creating a 'Gummy Bear Cleanse', but the prank was lost on a few people.
After several customers reached out to the company asking where they could find the product, Sugarfina decided they would go ahead and actually make it.
Thus, Green Juice Gummy Bears were born, collaborating with cold pressed juice company Pressed Juicery. The little bears come packaged in juice bottles with a cute label.
The best part? As far as gummy bears go, they're actually slightly better for you! The Green Juice Bears contain 20% of your daily Vitamin A and C recommended intake per serving (about 14 gummy bears), plus they're made out of lemon, ginger, apple, and “greens”.
Sugarfina have also specified that the bears are fat-free and GMO-free, and there's no artificial colouring or flavouring.
"We loved the idea of gummy bears inspired by the juice trend, but we had no idea it would be so in demand," Rosie O'Neill and Josh Resnick (the co-founders of Sugarfina) told Refinery29. "We called up our LA neighbour Pressed Juicery and had a ton of fun collaborating with them on the recipe."
The bears come in 'shot', 'half bottle' and 'large bottle' sizes, or you can even get them in this adorable '7-Day Cleanse' pack.
Unfortunately they are not yet available in Australia, so you'll have to ask nicely for your American friends to send some over.
