1 cup chopped pineapple
1 small handful of spinach, chopped
1 kiwi fruit, peeled and chopped
1 cup of coconut water
Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
This smoothie is packed with Vitamin C. Vitamin C is especially effective at protecting cells from damage, fighting inflammation and strengthening the immune system. The adrenal glands need more vitamin C when we are under stress, so be sure to increase vitamin C-rich foods during stressful times.
