Wellness is multifaceted. It includes loving yourself – who you are and your body! It’s about being content enough to give back and being aware of the environment; understanding that each and every thing we say, do or emit has a flow-on effect that impacts your – or somebody else’s – wellbeing.
Getting salty in the ocean is a sure-fire way to get me in a good mood. I also love a tough workout to challenge my mental space, or just getting out in nature.
Eco tips? Reduce your plastic consumption. Also switch your superannuation to a company that only invests in ethical and sustainable brands and projects. No fossil fuels. And cut down your meat intake – there are so many delicious vegetarian meals!
