She also stays away from alcohol, telling Red Magazine back in 2017 that she focuses each meal around protein-packed vegetables, dark leafy greens and fruit: "I have juices and kale and green salads every day. She’s also big on grazing and limits her portion size, eating “six small meals per day.” But (because human) she does indulge on occasion – within reason. “If I fancy a burger, rather than deprive myself I’ll have a quarter of one,” she admitted.
As well as Pilates, the actress swears by power yoga and does two 90-minute classes weekly. Spin is another personal fave (she goes up to four times per week) and sometimes, she’ll even hit the court for a spot of cardio.
“My mum recently got me to play tennis, which I wasn’t good at but really enjoyed,” she said. “If you do exercise you enjoy, you’re keeping yourself fit without even realising it.”
