"I spent a lot of the last decade getting swept up in the hustle, which has led to so many exciting things including the Seize the Yay brand. A big part of that philosophy though is making as much time for play and activities without a productive, success-oriented outcome as we do for our professional goals, so my major intention for 2020 is to integrate more play into my life. I'm already planning to go back to studying languages, make time for hip hop and dance classes and indulge in other leisurely hobbies that make my heart sing. Getting married just as we step into a new decade also means we will be looking to start our family and I really want to focus more on being present, appreciating the joy of little things and not having my head too far off into the future all the time. We've still got quite a few crazy, not-so-child friendly adventures in our system too, so will be making lots of time for travel this year. I can't to see what the year brings!"

"My biggest intention for next year is to stop and appreciate moments and special people in my life more. We spend so much time online now we so often forget to show appreciation for the real world around us."

"We have had such an incredible year, filled with so many highs, but with that comes a lot of work... and also many lows too! And I felt myself spiralling at times because I wasn’t managing my stress. My biggest learning from 2019 was that I am not myself when I’m overly stressed, so my main goal for the new year is to learn how I can manage my stress."

"Grow: I love gardening. As well as my outdoor garden I have 23 indoor plant babies I take care of. I would like to spend more time gardening and learn more about it. I do my best thinking when I'm gardening, I always have creative ideas for my business TIFFXO.com and it's something my son Arnold and I love to do together."

"I'd like to try and work on my sleep for next year. I feel like I don’t sleep nearly as well as I used to, I fall asleep easily but then wake up and my mind just races. Meditation and yoga is something I’ve never mastered so I think that will be a goal for me next year and hopefully it will also help with my sleep."

"I hope to remain as present and as mindful as possible. 2019 was a traumatic year for me, but as a result I feel more humbled and grounded. I hope to carry the lessons I’ve learned into 2020. 2019 has taught me that if you’re physically and mentally healthy, not much else really matters. I value and treasure my loved ones more than ever, and hope to remind them more often of just how loved they are. I intend to enjoy the journey of building my company, as opposed to focussing on KPIs and goals. As always, I have an intention to improve my skills as the founder of a company, and continue to lead my team with respect and kindness."

“Hopefully 2020 is a year with lots of good food and family time... and less sleeping on dirt, starving and waking up with massive bugs crawling on my face! I am excited to finish my yoga teacher training in the new year and I would love to fit in some travel with the family.”
