“I decided I was going to eat clean and be active,” she says in one of her videos. “I changed my mind completely about food.”
“I knew this time was for real,” she continues. “I wanted to document my weight loss so I could help others!”
Tiffany cut out all junk food, as well as gluten and dairy.
“This is a LIFESTYLE CHANGE,” she writes on Instagram. “I didn't "diet" to get here. I simply changed my mind on the way I treat my body.”
She also exercised daily with Insanity Max 30 minute workouts, no gym membership required.
"People message me every single day and tell me that I'm their motivation," she told PopSugar. "That they're on their weight-loss journey because I made them believe they could reach their goals. I am setting an example for so many people, and it gives me purpose. I can't let them down. I want everyone to achieve the change of life I have been so blessed to be able to achieve."
