A survey of 2,000 Americans - commissioned by Sleepopolis - compared bed making habits, hobbies, personality traits and how often the participants were getting down and dirty.
As you might have picked, the bed makers tended to be harder working than those who preferred to leave it unmade. They were also more likely to exercise regularly, eat healthier food and cook more often.
As for between the sheets antics? The bed makers were found to get more action per week than those with lower sleeping standards. Which kinda makes sense, tbh (we’ll take fresh sheets over a birds nest of dirty linen erryday.)
Bottom line? If you’re thinking of bringing someone home tonight, make your darn bed, ppl. If only to boost your chances of getting lucky, (thank us later.)
