For those not in the know, tocos (also known as tocotrienols) is a relative of Vitamin E that’s commonly found in rice, wheat, barley, rye and oats. Its both water and fat-soluble, has a consistency of sawdust and can be enjoyed in teas, tonics, shakes, raw desserts or smoothies.
Sun Potion – the brand of tocos that she uses – has hailed it as the “ultimate skin food.” They say it’s excellent for the connective tissues, facilitates the removal of toxins from the body and promotes healthy muscle function.
Sold? Us too. One caveat though: the product isn’t currently available in Australia. BUT, if the Sun Potion Australia website is anything to go by, it should be coming soon.
Thanks for the tip, VB!
