"Put me on a bike in a room with loud music, and I'm happy," she said. "It's like dancing without the stress of worrying if you look good."
Let’s not forget her love of Pilates and circuit training - oh, and intermittent fasting. The 31-year-old eats rocket “almost every day” as well as foods that are packed with good fats like cheese, nut milk, eggs and avo.
"I love finding things that are good for you and also taste amazing," she said. "I try to get enough healthy fats, protein, and foods that give me energy."
