Follow the workout below…

You can perform this workout with or without a resistance band.

Perform each exercise for 40 seconds one after the other. 

  1. Knee strikes
  2. Oblique twists
  3. Band dish sit ups 
  4. Band bicycle sit ups 

Rest 30 seconds.

Perform 5 rounds.
