The 35-year-old singer recently filmed her morning workout while on tour in Japan, featuring moves like camel drop-backs, crunches, straight-leg crunches, front dumbbell raises and a run on the treadmill.
But yoga and Pilates instructor Kristin McGee told Health that it’s the first move in particular that will really get your abs burning.
“I’m assuming she’s doing it to stretch out her abdominals,” McGee explained to the publication. “But it’s also great for strengthening the core and the lower back, while also opening up the hip flexors, quad muscles, and psoas."
She says that the rapid back and forth movements work your core even more.
However if have lower back issues this might not be the move for you.
