But while her favorite workouts focus on her now-famous abs (no surprise there), that doesn't mean she neglects her lower body.
Kayla's favourite leg moves require zero equipment—which means you can do 'em whether you're at the gym or sitting in front of the TV. (You might just end up with bootylicious before-and-after pics like you've seen all over Insta.) Here's how to turn these easy exercises into a super-quickie sweat sesh that'll light your legs on fire:
The workout: Do 15 sumo jump squats, 10 broad jump burpees, and 12 reverse lunge knee lifts per side. Repeat for three minutes.
