Here’s what you’ll need:

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 tbsp powdered sweetener 
  • 3 tbsp heavy cream or coconut cream for dairy free
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp dark chocolate, chopped

Method

  • Combine your ingredients in a large mug 
  • Microwave on high for about 90 seconds
  • If the mixture needs further cooking, microwave in 10 second increments
