In a recent interview with the Sunday Times Style, the 32-year-old revealed she swears by limiting the window in which she eats her meals (aka. Intermittent fasting) to 8-10 hours.

Typically, she kicks off each morning at 8 am with a matcha tea made with oat milk. Throughout the day, she’ll chow down on lots of lean protein and fresh veg, while avoiding red meat, carbs and salt and refined sugar – especially before a shoot. As for dinner? She’ll sit down between 4-6 pm, although, she's not always strict with this (because, human.)

“It gives my body a chance to digest everything,” she explained. “Of course, if I’m going out for dinner, I shift it to later. I’m flexible. You’ve got to live.”
Rosie’s fitness regime is equally as impressive. While she previously told Women’s Health she goes through “phases” with what workouts she’s into, she’s seen a huge difference since starting Pilates.
“I see the difference it’s made to my body. I love that I can isolate specific areas easily and I can go straight to what I want to tone or lengthen,” she said. “It keeps everything taut, lean, long and beautiful. But there are times when I want to sweat, so I might go to a Tracy Anderson dance class or do some boxing when I’m stressed. Yoga rejuvenates me, too.”
