“When you’re running a business, you’re the face of a business and you’re driving a business it really boils down to how you feel,” Pip says. “And if you feel good and you feel strong and you know you’re strong you can do anything, you’re actually unstoppable.”
But it’s a lesson the fashion mogul learned the hard way. Five years ago, emotional stress saw her overtraining to the point of injury and there was one habit that healed her both physically and mentally.
