½ cup (125ml) coconut milk
½ cup (125ml) water
95g pineapple diced
¼ cup (25g) rolled oats (if gluten-free, use brown rice flakes or quinoa flakes)
50g natural protein powder
1 tsp ground turmeric
1/2 tsp ground ginger
4-6 ice cubes
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Enjoy!
