The Pilates Workout Behind Pia Miller’s Insane Abs
Pia Miller is many things: actress, model, mum-of-two. She’s also woman whose abs are the envy of all on Insta.
She’s also partial to yoga, previously telling Women’s Health that it’s her go-to workout while on the run.
“My fitness regime is relatively light based on the fact that between work and the kids, I don’t have a lot of extra time – I try and make a yoga class once a week and the rest I’ll do on my mat at home,” she said. “I take my practice with me wherever I go travelling but I’m not too strict on myself.”
Her attitude towards health and fitness has also changed throughout the years. These days, she’s a big believer in balance in every area of her life.
“I think as you get older you start to become a little more confident with who you are as a person. You don’t fret as much about the smaller things because you start to realise what matters most – your health, your family/children’s health and of course your happiness,” she explained.
“I feel like my body is in a better place too – I put importance on health and wellbeing and live a generally healthy lifestyle but I’m not super strict and I feel that helps a lot – being obsessive can often be counter-productive.”
Whatever you’re doing it’s working, Pia. The girl crush is so real!
