One of which hacks, is the new way food-lovers are presenting Mexican food for parties: Nacho tables.
Forget wimpy platter or Nacho bowls, we're talking ginormous, yards-long spread of avocado, cheese, corn chips, and more.
The TikTok trend has been circulating on social media for the past year or so but really amped up while social distancing measures were in place (I guess they would just eat the platters themselves after filming?). It's basically like a grazing table, but for Nachos.
So how can you do it?
To bring your own nacho table to life at home, you'll need to add some or all of the following ingredients to your grocery list: shredded cheese, queso dip, mice beef (or pulled pork, or chicken, or vegan ops), salsa, sour cream, guacamole, shredded lettuce, corn, black beans, refried beans, sliced black olives, cilantro, and, of course, a tortilla chips. Obviously you can alter that according to your dietary requirements but you get the gist.
To start, the easiest way to make cleaning easy is to just cover your table in foil or glad wrap (the way when you're done you can just peel it off). Start with your smaller portions in the middle (think sour cream and guac) and assort the rest of the ingredients in rings. Pop tortilla chips throughout a few times and sprinkle with some chopped up spring onion as garnish.
Your welcome.
