“Exercise shouldn’t be a chore, so if you choose activities or exercises that you enjoy you will be more inclined to keep it up,” she told POPSUGAR.
Her favourite exercise styles are yoga, pilates, swimming and resistance training. However, Kerr says the key is to just keep moving. "For me, consistency is key, keep active each day and walk as much as possible."
Unexpectedly, Kerr isn’t smashing out a few hours in the gym every day. In fact, sometimes it’s not even an hour. "My exercise routine varies each day depending on how much time I have, but I try to do at least 20-30 minutes of exercise because it optimises my energy levels," she said. “Depending on my schedule I try my best to make it a priority to work out four to five times a week.” Get your diary out!
