Everyone’s fave former FLOTUS Michelle Obama just proved, once again, how likeable she is by admitting that her fitness motivation is slipping after the silly season (hello, same.)

Thankfully, she has a fix: a selection of songs that give her the “extra boost” she needs to get back into the gym.

“It's about that time when New Year's resolutions get a bit harder to stick to,” she Tweeted. “To offer a little inspiration, I want to share my go-to #WorkoutPlaylist with you. These songs always seem to give me that extra boost to get through my toughest workouts.”

“It's about that time when New Year's resolutions get a bit harder to stick to,” she Tweeted. “To offer a little inspiration, I want to share my go-to #WorkoutPlaylist with you. These songs always seem to give me that extra boost to get through my toughest workouts.”

First and foremost, the 56-year-old has made the list family-friendly, with clean versions of rap songs like ‘Clique’ by Kanye West, Jay-Z, and Big Sean, ‘Tambourine’ by Eve and ‘Hussle and Motivate’ by Nipsey Hussle.

Her long-time pal Beyoncé also made the cut (with ‘Before I Let Go’), as well as up and coming artists like Lizzo (‘Soulmate’) and Cardi B (‘Press.’)

Michelle Obama's Abs Were Clearly Chiselled By The Gods

All in all, it’s the perfect playlist to accompany a fast-paced sweat sesh e.g. HIIT or spin (her-go to workout), although it does feature some chill tracks for your cool down too. Think ‘Godspeed’ by Frank Ocean and ‘I Want You Around’ by Snoh Aalegra.
