But it turns out there's just one pre-wedding workout she's given the royal seal of approval. And you've probably never even heard of it.
Speaking with Women’s Health UK, Meghan admitted she is totally obsessed with her long-time trainer and friend Heather Dorak’s Platinum Pilates studio. In fact, she reckons the classes are “the best thing you could do for your body.”
“There are so many workouts that you try out once and never go back to,” she said.
“Heather’s studio is the complete opposite. You keep coming back for several reasons: first off, your body changes immediately… Second, Heather is amazing – as an instructor, as a friend, she is inspiring in every way. Lastly, the people in the class are cool, unpretentious and motivating… and that is a testament to Heather’s energy.”

Soooo, what exactly is it?
According to the company’s website, Pilates Platinum is a “fun and energising workout that is a journey for the mind, body and core,” with a 55-minute class providing all the “heart-pumping, muscle-quivering, body lengthening, muscle strengthening exercises our body desires.”
It works by isolating muscle groups through a serious of multi-targeting exercises – like planks, lunges, pushups and crunches - and increasing the resistance using a Megaformer (which basically just a souped-up version of a Reformer machine used in regular pilates classes.)
The result? A low-impact, high-intensity workout promotes strength, endurance, flexibility and balance.
“The results are incredible,” Meghan says. “Give it two classes and you will see a difference.”
But before you get too excited, Pilates Platinum is yet to hit Aussie shores. Eugh, for now we'll have to settle for wishing our way to abs like MM's.
