“The doctors tell you that you'll be ready to have sex at the six-week mark... but I was not ready,” she told her co-host Brittany Hockley. “I was so tired and the thought of having sex would make me want to cry... so we had sex at about eight weeks.”
“I had a lot of stitches so I was expecting it to be horrific but it was fine,” she continued, adding that her lady parts were “swollen,” like she’d been bitten by a bee down there.
Still, she said she was “pleasantly surprised” because it “didn’t hurt and it wasn’t scary” when they finally got back in the saddle. “It was exactly how I had remembered it being, nothing seemed any different.”
As for her new year’s resolution? Prioritise her relationship… and have sex more often.
"I'm getting back on that bandwagon. The less of it you have, the less of it you need,” she said. "As much as we absolutely love each other, there are aspects of our relationship that have been massively put on the back-burner. I just want to reshuffle my life and put our relationship back up the pile."
