In between studying for her Torts exam, Kim Kardashian West was able to squeeze in a brief moment of self-care while getting a facial with Australian aesthetician Melanie Grant at her Los Angeles clinic.
Of course, Kim had to share her facial with her fans by posting a selfie to Instagram stories.
But what's even better than her face mask selfie? She posted a photo of the beauty products she's taking home with her after her facial.
Here's Kim Kardashian's exact new skincare regimen for you to drool over...
Step 1: Cleanse
Kim took home this Purity Clean Cleanser from CosMedix. It's formulated for oily and acne-prone types (Kim, she's just like us!), and uses tea tree oil to help clarify the skin.
Step 2: Serum
After you cleanse, it's time for serum. Kim's now using the CosMedix Serum 16 which is a retinol serum (best used at night only). Retinol has been shown to help reduce fine lines and wrinkles as it stimulates your body to produce more collagen. This serum also has squalene, a super hydrator.
Step 3: Face Cream
Among beauty junkies, The Rich Cream from Augustinus Bader is a bit of a Holy Grail product. It was formulated by a German professor and uses a combo of amino acids, vitamins, and other molecules to help boost the body's own production of stem cells in order to reduce signs of aging. It's also free from synthetic fragrance and silicones.
*I actually just started using it this week and have woken up looking really well-rested and dewier than usual. And now I feel even fancier knowing Kim K is using this too!
Step 4: Eye Cream
Between studying for the Bar exam, taking care of her three (and soon-to-be-four) small kids, and her early morning workouts, it's no wonder Kim K needs a heavy-hitting eye cream—the woman must be exhausted! The CosMedix Opti Crystal treatment works to address all areas of tired eyes: dark circles, lines, and puffiness.
Step 5: Body Oil
It wouldn't be a complete Kim Kardashian West skin regimen without taking care of her body. Kim raved about Chanel's L'Huille Rose body oil, calling it "heaven in a jar." What makes the elixir so special? It uses helianthus annus flower oil and smells like a French rose garden.
