She’s even tried Panca Karma - an intensive, 21-day Ayurvedic treatment, which btw, she credits with helping her get pregnant.
“It’s basically Ayurvedic eating and cleansing, you do lots of enemas. You definitely feel more energy, it basically like gets all the c**p out of you, every pun intended.”

"We did it, we don't need to do it again, but we have prepped this temple and the gift has arrived,” she said.
Although it’s still unclear when Katy and her fiancé Orlando Bloom are expecting their little bundle, Katy expressed her relief that the news was finally out in the open.
"Omg so glad I don’t have to suck it in anymore," she Tweeted last week adding, "or carry around a big purse lol. I had to reveal it at some point. It’s getting pretty obvious.”
