Seriously, she looks straight-up ah-mazing. Not only is Kate absolutely rocking that all-white lewk, but her muscles are all kinds of popping.

(Oh, and if you're wondering about the new ink on Kate's ribcage? When one follower asked about it, she clarified: "haha! Work tatt 😁," suggesting it's for an upcoming role.

The wow-worthy workout likely comes as no surprise to Kate's devoted fans. She's always been open about making time for personal fitness and sharing her best tips—including her whole dang pilates routine!—with the public, even as a busy mum of three.
Back in December, Kate became a Weight Watchers Ambassador, less than two months after giving birth to her daughter Rani Rose. "Health and wellness is my number one, and I always say what works for me doesn't work for everyone," Kate said of her weight loss goal of 11 kilograms, which she dropped by April. "I've become an Ambassador for the WW family because it is the perfect community for people to live healthy their own way."
Since then, she's blessed us with frequent updates as she worked towards her goal, including videos showing how she juggles her workout regimen and motherhood: by breastfeeding while working out. (Casual, right?)
In April, Kate shared that she nearly lost the 11 kilos. "I’ve done it without stressing on food or working out like crazy although I have been disciplined," she said.
