Kaley Cuoco Shares Her Workout Routine And It Looks Tough

When Kaley Cuoco burst onto screens in The Big Bang Theory, many were quick to brand themselves devoted fans of the young star. In the years that have elapsed since the show took the world by storm, Cuoco not only proved herself to be a talented actress with comedic charm, but also one of the fittest women in Hollywood with the kind of unwavering dedication towards health and wellness that few can only aspire to achieve.

Serving up some serious #fitspo, Cuoco has taken to Instagram to share a workout from her personal training session with Ryan Sorenson, and let’s be clear: this is not for the faint of heart. In the pictures, the 35-year-old Cuoco does a number of strength and cardio exercises, including resistance band work, boxing, battle ropes, treadmill work, and even spending considerable time on a vertical climbing machine. Ugh, it’s too much.

Cuoco captioned the post: “Monday’s with @ryan_sorensen” and added, “Thanks fort he painful pics.”

Along with the images Cuoco shared to her page, Ryan also shared videos of the workout on his own Instagram. In the first one, Cuoco is shown doing some resistance band cardio work with her sister, Briana. In the second one, she’s shown doing some boxing while listening to “Rain On Me” by Lady Gaga and Ariana Grande, quite the motivational pump-up song.

Cuoco has long been an avid fitness enthusiast, having previously shared a workout on her Instagram page with her followers. In November 2020, she posted a video of herself boxing and from the technique she’s displaying, it looks like it must be one of her favourite workouts. That or she’s just a seasoned professional.

When not working out with her personal trainer, Cuoco likes to mix things up. She enjoys other exercises like skipping, which she also shared to her page at the height of the pandemic when she was still having to wear a mask.

In a previous interview with Women’s Health, she spoke about how important it is to switch up her workouts. “If I’m doing yoga, we’re doing it every day this week…Then I’m like, ‘Oh my god, I have to switch.’ Then I’m going crazy on SoulCycle…’Okay, I have to switch.’”
