Kaley Cuoco Is Fitness Goals In Latest Workout Video

Just recently Kaley Cuoco shared a workout to Instagram, cementing her place as one of the fittest Hollywood stars in the industry. Alongside her personal trainer, Ryan Sorenson, Cuoco once again reminded us why we’re such fans as she continues to push herself, both in her own career and in the gym. Since bursting onto screens in The Big Bang Theory, Cuoco has garnered a legion of devoted fans, proving herself to be a talented actress with comedic charm, as well as one of the fittest women on the screen. 

Now, Cuoco is back with another sweaty workout that looks all kinds of tough and challenging. In preparation for her role in The Flight Attendant’s second season, Cuoco is putting in some seriously gruelling hours in the gym with her trainer and even enlisted the help of her favourite workout partner, sister Briana Cuoco. 

Sharing a recap of the session, Cuoco shared the workout to her Instagram followers where the 35-year-old is seen stepping down off a low platform into a lunge, holding a fatbell as she works the core, quads and hamstrings, and even swinging battle ropes in her driveway while lunging, focusing on her back, arms and abs. The sisters then do leg extensions while standing on their steps, holding the fatbell in one hand. 

As if all that wasn’t enough (even reading about it has us breaking out in a sweat), Cuoco even did some cardio, taking to the VersaClimber which is basically like a treadmill for mountain-climbers. She then switched to her SoulCycle home bike. 

The workout incorporated a range of exercises and moves, but Cuoco previously told Women’s Health US that she is someone who gets obsessive with one kind of workout or routine. “If I’m doing yoga, we’re doing it every day this week…then I’m like, ‘Oh my god, I have to switch.’” 

Trainer George C. King told People that Cuoco likes to focus on her lower body. “Kaley is interested in her lower body, especially her butt, her legs, and her abs. We do a lot of lunges, squat jumps, and regular squats, plus leg curls and deadlifts.”
