Ingredients
- One bunch of kale
- 2 tbsps of olive oil
- Pinch of salt flakes
- 1 tbsp of smoked paprika
Method
- Pre-heat your oven to 150 degrees celcius
- Wash the kale, strip the leaves off the stalk and tear into small pieces
- Spread the leaves across a tray and the olive oil across the leaves
- Massage the oil into the kale and sprinkle the spice and salt across the leaves
- Bake the kale chips for 20 minutes or until brown and crispy
