Workouts
According to US Weekly, Kacey trains with Erin Oprea. The former-marine-turned-fitness-expert is in with the country music crowd, also working with Maren Morris, Carrie Underwood, and Kelsea Ballerini.
Kacey focuses on tabata-based workouts – a form of high intensity interval training that involves periods of intense exercise followed by short moments of rest. Oprea also works her clients with resistance bands, focusing on small, repetitive movements.
“There’s this little band that you put around your ankle and you sort of sit down into a half squat and you take your legs nice and wide, almost squat wide, and then you do tiny little steps in one direction,” she told the publication. “Twenty one way and 20 back and then 10 one way and 10 back. When you can get two rounds out of it, and it’s your lucky day.”
When she's on the road her go-to is Pure Barre classes on DVD.
"I can do the workouts everywhere," Kacey told the publication.

Diet
Kacey reportedly follows Oprea's 4x4 nutrition plan, which she describes as "a clean, healthy, balanced lifestyle so that they can still enjoy the foods they love, but in moderation."
It allows for alcohol Oprea notes (one of Kacey's pre-stage tradition is a shot of liquor).
"I’m not saying you can drink as much alcohol as you want, but I try to limit them to two drinks a week, which a lot of people are like, 'Oh jeez! I need wine every night, that’s bologna!' But literally you can do that."
In a now-deleted tweet in 2017, Kacey said she was “going through some not-so-fun endocrine issues" and asked her fans for tips for dealing with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome. In the replies she said she'd considered giving up booze but "boo".
Balance is something Kacey is all about, especially when she's touring heavily.
"It is torture sometimes trying to eat healthy on the road, but I try my best," she said back in 2014. "It’s all about balance and still letting my tastebuds enjoy themselves. If there’s a reason to celebrate or I’m somewhere that has some kind of food that I know I won’t be able to resist, then I try to eat lighter all around that. Also, I try to eliminate carbs and most processed foods."
