The 31-year-old credits her dewy, runway ready skin to one simple tip: hydration.
“Drinking a ton of water makes the biggest difference for my skin,” she tells Mind Body Green.
To mix it up and trick herself into drinking more, Jess often adds a bit of flavour to her fluids. Sometimes she’ll infuse herbs, fruit syrup or even a few drops of bitters.
She also believes that vitamins and supplements play an integral part in keeping her skin healthy and makes sure to take probiotics, glutathione and vitamin C daily.
“They help with hydration and pigmentation as well,” she explains.
“I believe that good skin definitely starts in the gut, and I can really tell the difference when I’m not taking them.”
