What does your fitness routine involve, are there workouts you love and hate?
My routine is never consistent. I really like to mix up my training – we have so muscles in our body that we never use. At the moment I'm into boxing, I train with Eric Kelly at SOUTHBOX gym in the Bronx. Workouts I hate is anything too slow – I like to get it over and done with.
What does your day on a plate look like?
It always changes but I try to eat as healthy as possible. I try to drink as much water as I can as it does wonders for my skin and I'm always flying. I don't like to be overly strict when it comes to diet, as long as there is balance then I'm happy and my body and mind feels good.
Where are you based now? What are the health spots you swear by in the area?
I have been living in New York for over 12 years now. When I’m here, I love going to the Russian baths, I’m really into saunas, steam rooms and cold plunging – also there’s this place called Chill Space where I can float and they have an infrared sauna there and they also offer Cryo Therapy sessions. I also like to go to Nurtri Drip and get vitamin iv drips from time to time too.
What’s the best bit of health/fitness/beauty advice you’ve learned on the job?
The best beauty advice I have always followed since day one is to take a less is more approach. Which is the ethos behind my beauty brand, LUMA.
What does your daily beauty routine look like, what products can't you live without?
My daily beauty routine is fairly simple. If I'm not working, then I'll just let my skin breath and apply my LUMA Brighten Up Beauty Serum, which is full of antioxidants and nourishing botanical oils. For the days when I want to apply a little more make up, I'll wear my LUMA Tinted Beauty Balm and Lip & Cheek Tint in Muse and I'm always a applying a lip balm.
If we were to rifle through your handbag right now what beauty products would we fine?
Bite Beauty Agave Lip Balm, LUMA Lip and Cheek Tint in Muse and my LUMA On The Glow Highlighter in Cashmere Casbah.
