The 25-year-old model posted a montage of her exercise routine on Instagram and it might have been the post-workout endorphin rush that inspired her “I love Mondays” caption.
Fortunately, her trainer Dan Adair shared the exact moves so we can replicate her sweat sesh.

20 Rev Lunges (12kg ball)
16 Banded Lateral Moving Squat Jumps
10 Cals Assault Bike
