If you hit the snooze button and skipped your workout this morning (hey, it was pretty bloody chilly) Jesinta Franklin’s latest video is sure to get you up and active first thing tomorrow.

The 25-year-old model posted a montage of her exercise routine on Instagram and it might have been the post-workout endorphin rush that inspired her “I love Mondays” caption.

I love Mondays ⚡️⚡️ Started with a run this morning but looking forward to a few good sessions in the gym. If you want to do this session @danjadair has written it out on his Insta under his post of this vid. Wearing @the_upside from @davidjonesstore 💘

Fortunately, her trainer Dan Adair shared the exact moves so we can replicate her sweat sesh.

For 20 minutes, EMOM (Every Minute on the Minute) Jesinta did:

15 Battle Rope Squats
20 Rev Lunges (12kg ball)
16 Banded Lateral Moving Squat Jumps
10 Burpees
10 Cals Assault Bike

"Then a F-Load of reps through the abs!” he writes.
