And her results don't come without putting in the work at the gym.
Both Lopez and her fiancè, Alex Rodriguez, love training out at TruFusion studios, which offer a variety of workouts – including yoga, battle ropes and boxing, bootcamp, cycling, kettlebells, barre, Pilates, or TRX – done in rooms heated up to 48 degrees celsius.
She told Us Weekly in 2016 that she likes to get her workouts out of the way in the a.m.
“I work out three or four times a week. When I’m in New York, I work out with David Kirsch—he’s an amazing trainer,” she said. “When I’m in L.A., I work with Tracy Anderson. I like the balance that they both give me. They have two totally different approaches. I like switching it up with my body.”

The singer also plans regular sweat sessions with Hollywood trainer David Kirsch that include a combo of moves like squats, variations on lunges, and planks.
“She’s genetically blessed, she’s physically gifted with an incredible amount of physical energy, but also this beautiful amount of mental and emotional energy," David previously told People.
She insists that body image has never been something she’s struggled with.
“I didn’t realise what I was doing—I was just being myself,” she says of all the attention on her (gorgeous) curves when she first became famous. “In my family, curves were glorified and part of the culture. It was just like, ‘Jennifer has a big butt, and it’s good.’”
