The 50-year-old (yes, seriously) took to Insta to share a fully soaked selfie with those trademark abs, which quickly notched up over two million double taps.
The reason behind that glisten? Both Lopez and her fiancè, Alex Rodriguez, love working out at TruFusion studios, which offer a variety of workouts – including yoga, battle ropes and boxing, bootcamp, cycling, kettlebells, barre, Pilates, or TRX – done in rooms heated up to 48 degrees celsius.

Unsurprisingly, that washboard stomach didn't come without some serious work. The singer plans regular sweat sessions with Hollywood trainer David Kirsch that include a combo of moves like squats, variations on lunges, and planks.
“She’s genetically blessed, she’s physically gifted with an incredible amount of physical energy, but also this beautiful amount of mental and emotional energy," David previously told People.
Speaking with Hello!, Lopez admitted to staying away from vices like coffee, cigarettes and alcohol and eating wholesome diet rich in protein and veggies.
"I love the way working out makes me feel, so I try to keep my body hydrated and well rested after every workout," she said. "That way, I'm ready to hit it hard again the next day. I make sure I drink plenty of water, I fuel my body with healthy foods and I make it a priority to get eight hours' sleep a night. I also love to relax with my kids after a workout and share a healthy snack with them. I always carry fruit and veggies with me to give me something to snack on between meals."
