Of course, as you might have guessed, that washboard stomach didn't come without some serious work. J.Lo plans regular sweat sessions with Hollywood trainer David Kirsch that include a combo of moves like squats, variations on lunges, and planks.
“She’s genetically blessed, she’s physically gifted with an incredible amount of physical energy, but also this beautiful amount of mental and emotional energy," David told People in 2017.
J.Lo is also a fan of the Tracy Anderson Method, which focuses on smaller muscle groups and high reps.
As for the leggings (right, that was the whole point of the post), the line — Jennifer Lopez x Niyama Sol—can be found on the company's website and includes some seriously pretty fitness apparel. Bright colours and supportive bra tops that show off a toned middle seem to be the main focus and it makes sense because, well, you've heard about J.Lo's abs, right?
In her post about the leggings, J.Lo wrote: "My life and career are centred around my passions and doing things that make me happy. These are the latest from my Vanguard collection called Love?..if you can see they feature lyrics to On the Floor. We never quit, we never rest on the floor. Gettin it in today and everyday...get yours!!!"
