The actress is determined to raise awareness for breast cancer, which led her to film – and share on Insta – her latest trip to the doctor’s office.
Watch the important footage below...
“Every October I have a standing date. For a mammogram,” she captioned the post. “For me, having the appointment on the books makes it routine, like the dentist. I know its scary, sisters, but just do it – the next best thing to an all clear is early detection.”
In the clip, the 47-year-old keeps things fun and light-hearted, crafting cartoons with boobs on a paper chart and pulling faces while her ta tas are squished and prodded. She also penned an encouraging message to all those currently battling the disease, writing: “To everyone in the thick of battle – respect and love and strength to you.”
Of course, her fans and famous friends were C.R.A.Z.Y for the content – specifically, Jen’s knack for bringing light to a subject that’s usually pretty darn awkward.
Kristin Chenoweth commented, "I could NOT LOVE YOU MORE." And Olivia Wilde wrote, "You are a g darn treasure ❤️." We’re right there with them, Jen.
