And at the ripe age of 48, the girl still looks insanely goooooooood. Which begs us to ask the question:
What’s her secret?
“I like to workout in the morning,” she recently Health. “It loosens me up, gets me ready for the day, and keeps me strong.”
In fact, the mum-of-two reckons this daily ritual is one of the reasons she’s so dang upbeat all the time. “I’m convinced that working out is part of what makes me so happy,” she added. “I really believe that when you take care of yourself and work to stay healthy, you’re better able to take care of those you love.”
It probably also helps that she lives a squeaky-clean lifestyle. Speaking with Hello!, she admitted to staying away from vices like coffee, cigarettes and alcohol and eating wholesome diet rich in protein and veggies.
"I love the way working out makes me feel, so I try to keep my body hydrated and well rested after every workout," she said. "That way, I'm ready to hit it hard again the next day. I make sure I drink plenty of water, I fuel my body with healthy foods and I make it a priority to get eight hours' sleep a night. I also love to relax with my kids after a workout and share a healthy snack with them. I always carry fruit and veggies with me to give me something to snack on between meals."
