3 very ripe bananas
2 cups wholemeal self raising flour
½ cup of sugar/sugar alternative
2 eggs, beaten
50 grams of butter
1 cup of Mayvers Peanut Butter
Sift the flour and whichever sugar or sugar alternative selected together into a large bowl.
Combine the eggs, butter, peanut butter and bananas in a separate bowl.
Pour wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until combined.
Bake at 180 degrees for 45-60 minutes (depending on oven).
