  • 300ml coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1-2 organic free-range raw eggs, optional or swap for vanilla protein powder
