Healthy Hacks: Keto Spiced Nuts

A super filling snack.

In this week's Healthy Hacks series we show you how to make the ultimate keto-friendly snack: spicy, mixed nuts. Paddy's Markets was our one-stop-shop for all of these amazing ingredients, giving us more time to whip up this hanger-busting snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almonds (raw and unsalted)
  • 1 cup cashews (raw and unsalted)
  • 1 cup walnuts (raw and unsalted)
  • 1/2 cup shelled sunflower seeds (raw and unsalted)
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp avocado or olive oil

Method

  • Preheat oven to 180° celsius and line a sheet pan with baking paper.
  • Place nuts in a bowl and cover with the oil
  • Mix in spices and ensure nuts are coated
  • Place nuts in single layer on the sheet pan and place in oven to roast for 10 minutes, turning halfway through
  • Take the nuts out of the oven and cool before storing in an airtight container at room temperature until serving
