Yep, research has found that the isoflavones found in soy can improve skin elasticity and reduce fine wrinkles. And trust us, you won't be able to taste it at all.
1 large Granny Smith apple, cubed
1 cup baby spinach
250 grams of silken tofu
1 tablespoon of maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Pinch of ground cardamom
Place all of the ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth.
The smoothie is a thick one so stop the blender and scrape down sides of blender if needed.
