Healthy Hacks: Easy Overnight Oats Recipe

It’s easy for healthy habits to take a hit when when you’re unprepared so in this week’s Healthy Hacks, we show you how to make make an overnight oats recipe for a simple, satisfying breakfast. 


  • ⅓ cup of oats
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of nut butter
  • ½ cup milk of choice
  • ½ cup fruit, we used blueberries and strawberries
  • A little bit of honey if you like


  • In a mason jar, meal prep container or bowl combine the oats, cinnamon, chia seeds and nut butter.
  • Add the milk and stir to combine
  • Top with your fruit of choice 
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight
